Excellent quality European Alder wood is used not just for the interior of the sauna but on all four exterior sides. With great wood on all sides of the sauna, you have the freedom to move the sauna to a different location without the concern of exposing an unfinished plywood side – which would be the case for most saunas. While a glass sauna door is a high-end costly option on most saunas, our premium full glass door comes without extra charge on all DreamLine Exclusive saunas.

The door is made of thick tempered glass allowing it to retain its original shape and size with exposure to moisture or heat, making this door the single best choice for your sauna.

The wood is European Alder – a beautiful, even, light honey-color wood - a favorite of European sauna builders. Among the many distinguishing qualities of Alder is its ability over time not to evolve in color or darken with exposure to light, moisture or heat. Alder is the base wood used for centuries in Russian sauna building and has become the wood of choice for sauna construction in Finland and most other European countries.
